Developing mutation specific antibodies for a screening tool is a hot potato in recent years. More and more publications and reference report the utility of mutation specific antibodies could be widely used in clinical diagnostics.
Recently, GeneTex and Femtopath has successful developed RAS G12D-Specific Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody for FFPET in IHC. The RAS G12D mutant samples were selectedby using a golden standard methodology FemtoPath + Sanger Sequencing.
