FemtoPath HRAS Mutation Screen Kit is a PCR-based test to enrich somatic mutations of HRAS gene in DNA.
With direct sanger sequencing, FemtoPath HRAS Mutation Screen Kit is able to detect 1% somatic mutation from DNA derived from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPET), fine needle biopsy or pleural effusion specimens.
